Refund policy

Because our treats are a consumable, perishable product, we're not able to accept returns of opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us at powerpawslifellc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus original shipping costs.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to appear.
